Booking, cancellations, delays and luggage: the questions we’re asked most often.
How do I book a private flight?
- Fill in the quote request form.
- Receive your quote within 2 hours (quotes can also be immediate, or take up to 24 hours for more complex requests or during the high season).
- Confirm your flight by completing a contract that the Air Dynamic team will duly prepare for you.
- Send your contract together with your payment details (credit card or bank transfer details).
- Receive your flight confirmation: print it and check in 15 minutes before departure
- Please note that the flight confirmation will show the meeting point, the crew details, the aircraft registration, the flight time and any other information useful for a perfect flight.
Flight cancellation charges with Air Dynamic
- No-show or cancellation 24 hours or less before departure: 100%
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the flight: 75%
- Cancellation between 72 hours and 7 days before departure: 50%
- Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before departure: 30%
- Cancellation from confirmation up to 14 days before: 10%
What happens if there’s a delay?
If you arrive after the scheduled departure time, you will not be charged anything as long as the delay does not exceed 45 minutes.
If the delay exceeds 45 minutes, Air Dynamic has the right to refuse the passenger transport service. In addition, any costs of positioning the aircraft for the flight will be charged to you.
Bad weather: if no positioning has taken place yet and no other costs have been incurred, and the operations team confirms that the flight cannot go ahead because of bad weather, you will receive a 100% refund.
How do I choose the right luggage?
Luggage restrictions: only 1 piece of luggage is allowed on board, ideally a soft bag or a trolley case. Luggage must weigh no more than 15 kg per person, with the maximum dimensions for each aircraft given below.
- 109 Grand: maximum size per bag 30x40x80 cm (small to medium trolley case)
- 365 Dauphin: maximum size per bag 43x75x90 cm (small to medium trolley case)
- AS 350: maximum size per bag 25x35x55 cm (small to medium trolley case)
- EC 120: maximum size per bag 25x35x55 cm (small to medium trolley case)
Please bear in mind that the number of pieces and the actual weight are calculated by the pilot in advance for each individual flight, as they depend on a combination of the distance to be flown, the fuel on board, the number of passengers and so on.
